Placing Your Order

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD). Orders can be placed through our secure website anytime and can be paid via PayPal or direct deposit. Alternatively, you can phone or email us your order and we will send you a confirmation of your purchase.

Delivery & Packaging

Your order will be delivered either by courier or registered mail and delivery is charged at a flat rate of $14.95 for jewellery and $24.95 for faux fur wraps, Australia wide.

Please ensure you supply a street address as your delivery address (where someone can sign for your parcel) as we are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses.

Delivery Time

Delivery is usually within 5-10 working days of receiving your order, excluding custom order items. If your order is urgent, please contact us and we will make every effort to ensure priority delivery.

Out Of Stock Items

Most items are always in stock. However, from time to time certain items may be out of stock so please allow 3-8 weeks for delivery should this occur. If however your items are unavailable because a product line has become discontinued, we will happily refund your order. If your item is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time and if you then decide to not proceed with your order, we will happily reverse any charges made to your account. Alternatively, if you would like to confirm if an item is available before you place an order, please feel free to contact us.

International Deliveries

Damaged Or Faulty Items

Our items are of extremely high quality and we thoroughly check and carefully package prior to delivery. If however you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us to discuss appropriate action. We can offer an exchange or should the product be unavailable, we can provide a refund. Please report faulty or damaged items within 3 days of receiving your order.
