Returns policy

Your satisfaction is absolutely guaranteed.

If you are not happy with our accessory items, please return them to us within 7 business days of receipt of your order. Your items will be refunded or exchanged, less deductions for postage and packaging.

Please send your return items by "Registered Post" with "insurance" so the package can be tracked. Returns by other means of transport will not be accepted. A refund will be given to you upon the receipt of your return, excluding shipping costs. We do not take any responsibility for returned items that are not received and request that you contact Australia Post directly if this occurs.

We require all items to be returned in the condition that they were sent. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached.

Please Note: Pierced earrings and jewellery sets containing pierced earrings are strictly non-returnable due to Health & Hygiene Regulations.

Please contact us if you are returning your order, by email impostors@optusnet.com.au and we will inform you of the address to return goods to. We reserve the right to reject a return if we suspect that a customer is taking advantage of our returns policy.
